Before the stories, characters, and worldbuilding narratives of feature animated films become household names across the globe, where do they come from? How are they made? What's the difference between that and the stories you make yourself?!

I wondered the same things before making a story career of doing it the past couple decades in key creative and leadership roles on projects from KPOP Demon Hunters to Kung-Fu Panda, and everything in-between. Now, I'm sharing how I work through my course STORY ARTIST FOUNDATIONS.

This is not just a 'how to draw storyboards' course, but a comprehensive cinematic writing & storytelling course for all storytellers. By cinematic, that means Audio/Visual storytelling - the language of cinema. The focus here is on telling stories in the language of our medium, removing as much of the 'lost in translation' from text-based storytelling as possible - something essential to any type of visual/audial storytelling, but especially important for large projects with many talented people involved.

In this course, you'll learn by doing studio level work as you develop original characters and stories from scratch into a tentpole sequence per section (Comedy, Drama, Action).  You'll take your original idea through development, writing, storyboarding, and pitching! In the end you'll have had a professional level experience that will give you foundations in story you can apply anywhere.

If you have great story ideas & instincts, make the most of them by enrolling and strengthening your own story artist foundations!
